This product is warranted by The Bidet Company of America, Inc. to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at The Bidet Company of America, Inc. option, at The Bidet Company of America, Inc. Authorized Service Center, without charge for parts or labor. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused or altered.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this limited warranty period, you must call 1-888-462-4338 to receive instructions to obtain repair/replacement services.
Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, express or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose, shall extend beyond the warranty period. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages resulting from mathematical inaccuracy of the product or loss of stored data. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
